ON OR BEFORE MAY 1st, please provide us with the following:
1. The number of immediate family members that will be attending the lunch with your senior after the ceremony.
2. ONE GRADUATION PHOTO and FIVE PERSONAL/FUN PHOTOS (DIGITAL if possible so the format will look the same for all students). Examples of personal photos: baby pictures, senior portraits, special memories during high school, etc. Photos can be emailed (firstname.lastname@example.org) or provided on a USB drive/CD.
3. INFORMATION WE NEED:
Graduate’s Name – Graduate’s high school – Graduate’s honors and awards – Graduate’s future plans (school or career) – Scholarships the graduate has received.
Here is the schedule for May 21:
9:30 am – Parents and seniors meet in the Great Hall with the necessary materials to decorate the graduate’s table. Decorations should include all of the graduate’s special honors, awards, and any other paraphernalia that shows his/her personality, interests and accomplishments. These tables will be displayed during the lunch for other students and church members to celebrate the twelve long years of hard work that have brought these seniors to this stepping stone in life.
10:15 am – All seniors who wish to be recognized in the 11:00 am worship service will have a short rehearsal in the Worship Center.
11:00 am – Graduate Recognition ceremony.
12:30 pm – Lunch for graduates and their families in the Great Hall.
