Divorce Care

God intended for marriage to be a permanent relationship, but sadly it all too often ends in divorce. The pain and rejection that accompanies separation and divorce can be indescribable. You are not alone. There is help and hope.

Divorce Care is conducted by people who care and understand what you are going through and have experienced firsthand the healing and restorative power of God. In Divorce Care you will not only learn to rebuild your life and shattered dream, but also soar to a whole new level in your walk with God.

First meeting Wednesday, September 7 at 6:30 PM in A140. Contact for more information. Class closed to new attendee’s after 4th session, which is September 28.  Cost is $25 per person.  Childcare registration is closed.

Grief Share

The Grief Share group is for people grieving the death of a loved one. Grief Share is a friendly, caring group of people who will walk alongside you through many of life’s most difficult experiences. It may be hard for you to feel optimistic about the future right now. If you’ve lost a spouse, child, family member or friend, you’ve probably found there are not many people who understand the deep hurt you feel. This can be a confusing time when you feel isolated and have many questions about things you’ve never faced before. You don’t have to go through the grieving process alone. Grief Share support groups are led by people who understand what you are going through and want to help. Grief Share groups meet weekly to help you face these challenges and move toward rebuilding your life.

Please note: Grief Share is for people grieving the death of a loved one. Many other life situations bring deep grief, such as separation and divorce, a loved one who is dying, estrangement, loss of a loved one to a cult, loss of custody of a child through divorce and more. If you are struggling with a loss not due to a death, Grief Share is not designed to meet your grief needs for healing. We encourage you to ask your pastor or a church leader for guidance in finding a support group or counselor.

Grief Share classes are now registering for Fall 2016.  First session begins Sunday, August 28 through December 11, from 4-6 PM.   Group meets in a private home in community.  For registration and details email:  Cost $20 for workbook.
